Holding of Personal Information.

If SIGMA collects any personal information through The Services, it will properly handle such information according to its privacy policies

Intellectual Property Rights

The copyrights in all information, content, and the like that the users posted on The Services or send to SIGMA via e-mail or other means in the course of using The Services will belong to the users who posted or sent such information, but the users grant to SIGMA a non-exclusive and royalty-free license to use (reproduce, process, disclose, etc.) such information, content, and the like in Japan or any other country and agree not to exercise such copyrights (including moral rights) against SIGMA.

If there is any matter that is not stipulated in this Twitter Policy, any question regarding the interpretation of this Twitter Policy, or any dispute that arises between a user of The Services and SIGMA, the parties shall resolve such matter in good faith. If there is a need for litigation, the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance. This Twitter Policy will be governed by the laws of Japan.

Controlling Language

If there is any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions of this Twitter Policy, the Japanese version shall prevail.
